Blogging has been pretty popular with geeks, teenagers and individuals who are outgoing, for a long while now. This opens the door to regular email based communication rather than letting your website do all of the work.

Blogging is a good way to publish reviews of the products your business is offering. It gives your readers the opportunity to make comments, which can help your business, if they give you truthful feedback. You can publish surveys on your blog in which you can ask for feedback on the many things you offer. With a blog, you as the owner of the business, can be even more personal with your subscribers by giving them helpful information, instead of direct selling. The primary problem for blogging shows up when a reader isn't pleased with something that you are selling.
